I bought a vehicle back in the beginning of the year.  First City Motor Sales provided me an excellent price and trade-in credit during a sale in the beginning of the year.  Some minor issues were found during the first couple of weeks but I brought it back and it was promptly taken care of.  This was the 4th vehicle I bought here.  All of the vehicles I bought here had no serious mechanical issues and provides warranties that actually cover repairs.  Should I be in the need for a different vehicle, I will look first at First City Auto." - Walter
 

"My first experience with First City Motor Sales was as a co-signer for my daugter Danielle. I was impressed with the way they handled a very young girls first experience buying a car. There was no pressure for her to buy something that would not suit her, as was my first experience as a young girl at another car dealership in the Rochester area when I was her age. My second experience was when I bought a GMC Canyon pick up in September of 2010. I traded in a 2000 Olds Bravada that I had owned for at least 8 1/2 years. They gave me a very good trade in amount, more than it was probably worth, and very little money down. However, because I was a co-signer on my daughters vehicle it looked on my credit check like I was making those payments. So in essence the loan company was reluctant to bring me on. Darren and Arthur really went to bat for me. They got me the car loan with no problem. Two days before Christmas my new Canyon was stolen from my driveway and totalled somewhere in Maine, once again I was faced with buying a new vehicle. First City sells their vehicles under blue book and my insurance paid off the loan easily with money left over. Of course I went to First City. And the story was the same, Great vehicles and Great customer service! I highly recommend First City Motor Sales, if you want the best people and the best prices for your hard earned money!!!
